Terms of Service

WamiFluence is software for planning, running and reporting on influencer and creator campaigns. We provide it on a subscription basis and improve it over time. Features may be added, changed or retired; we will not materially reduce the core of what you pay for without telling you.

• You must give accurate account details and keep your login credentials private.
• The person who creates the workspace is its owner and can invite, remove and change the roles of other members.
• You are responsible for what the people in your workspace do with the account, including what they share through client links.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract on behalf of your agency.

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start it.
• After the trial, continued use requires the subscription of $399 per month per agency workspace, billed in advance through our payment processor.
• The subscription renews each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Fees are exclusive of any taxes that apply to you. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refundable.
• If we change the price, we will give at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to your renewal.

The subscription is separate from the money you pay creators. WamiFluence records and tracks creator payments for your own operations; it does not hold, transfer or disburse those funds.

You keep all rights in the information, files and records you put into the platform. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content so we can run the service for you, including generating the documents and portal views you choose to share. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload, including creator and client information.

• Do not use the platform to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not upload malicious code, attempt to access another workspace, probe or overload the service, or bypass access controls.
• Do not resell, sublicense or white-label the platform itself as your own product.
• Do not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages or to scrape third-party platforms in breach of their terms.

We may suspend an account that puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk, and will tell you why.

Optional AI features produce drafts — brief structure, match explanations, shortlist suggestions and report narrative. They are starting points, not advice or guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it reaches a client or creator. All financial and performance calculations are performed by the application from the figures you record.

Audience and performance figures may come from public sources, from what you record, or from platforms outside our control. We present them as recorded and do not warrant their accuracy. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services you connect to or link from.

We aim to keep the platform available and to fix problems promptly, but the service is provided as is and we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Support is by email at hello@wamifluence.com and through the in-app help. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if fees go unpaid or these terms are breached. On closure, your right to use the platform stops and workspace content is removed or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close the account.

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. If a change is significant we will notify account owners before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
