Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information WamiFluence collects when an agency uses the platform, how that information is used, and how it is shared.
Last updated 24 February 2026
Who we are
WamiFluence provides software that agencies use to plan, run and report on influencer and creator campaigns. In this policy, “we” means WamiFluence and “you” means the agency and the people in that agency who use the platform.
For questions about this policy or your data, contact hello@wamifluence.com.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, optional phone number, agency name and the role you hold in the workspace.
- Workspace content. Everything you record in the platform: clients, campaigns, briefs, creator records, contracts, payment schedules, content links, performance figures, reports, notes and files you upload.
- Creator information you enter or import. Names, handles, contact details, public audience figures and your own private notes and ratings.
- Usage and technical data. Log records such as request times, pages requested, browser and device information, and error diagnostics.
- Billing information. Subscription status and payment records. Card details are entered with our payment processor and are not stored by WamiFluence.
How we use information
- To provide the platform and the features you ask for.
- To authenticate users and keep each agency’s workspace separate.
- To generate the documents, portals and reports you create and share.
- To bill the subscription and keep records of payments.
- To investigate errors, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
- To send service messages about your account, and product email you may opt out of.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
Your responsibility for creator and client data
You decide what creator and client information to put into the platform. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that information, for keeping it accurate, and for responding to requests from the people it relates to. We process it on your instructions as part of providing the service. We will help where we reasonably can if someone asks you to correct or delete their record.
Sharing
- Inside your workspace. Content is visible to the members of your agency according to their role.
- Through links you create. When you share a proposal or report, anyone with that private link can view the information prepared for that audience. You control what is shared and when.
- Service providers. We use third parties to host the application and database, to store uploaded files, to process subscription payments, to send email, and to generate optional AI drafts. They act on our instructions.
- Legal reasons. Where we are required to by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
AI features
Some features are optional AI assists: extracting structure from a brief you paste, explaining a creator match, suggesting shortlists and drafting a report narrative. When you use these, the relevant text is sent to a model provider to produce the draft. All calculations — engagement rate, cost per thousand, cost per engagement, earned media value, return on investment, totals and variances — are performed by the application, not by a model. AI output is a draft for you to review before it reaches a client.
Retention
We keep workspace content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we remove or anonymise workspace content within a reasonable period after closure, except where we need to keep records for billing, accounting or legal reasons. You can export or delete individual records inside the platform at any time.
Security
Access to the platform requires an account, and each agency’s records are separated at the database level so that one workspace cannot read another’s. Traffic to the platform is encrypted in transit. Uploaded files are stored in private storage and served through short-lived links. No system can be guaranteed to be free of risk, so please choose a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect a problem.
To report a security concern, email hello@wamifluence.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not test against other customers’ data.
Your choices
- Update your profile and agency details in Settings.
- Add or remove team members, and change their roles, in Settings.
- Revoke a shared proposal or report link from the campaign it belongs to.
- Ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing us.
Children
The platform is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. If a change is significant we will let account owners know. The date below shows when it was last revised.
